Three Places

6’-0” x 4’-0” Acrylic, Graphite, ink, charcoal on canvas

This triptych symbolizes a couple from two separate parts of the world, and settling down in the same place, making it their own. The left panel, represents the half from Lebanon, taking bits and pieces of colors, forms, and geographic visualizations of the country, the right doing the same with Iowa, Des Moines in specific. And both outside panels bring together to the home of this couple as well as the piece, in Northern Indiana. Merging all together in harmony in this colorful and complex representation of homecoming.
